Authors who publish with Ma’rifa retain the copyright of their work. However, authors grant the journal the right to publish, distribute, and archive the article.

Published works may be licensed under a Creative Commons license, such as CC BY, which allows others to share, use, and adapt the material for lawful purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to the original author(s) and the source of publication.
